The atmosphere of the school is centered on the presence of God.
A culture rooted in worship is cultivated and lived out daily, with worship serving as a primary expression of our devotion. Passion, purity, power, and love for God’s presence take center stage—shaping the very heart of who we are. These values define our environment and are evident in our worship, ministry, and relationships with one another. In every aspect, the presence of God remains our foundation and focus.
WHO WE ARE
NWSSM is a Holy Spirit-led ministry school where students are equipped to live fully in the Kingdom of God and expand its influence through a supernatural lifestyle.
Our school is uniquely multi-generational, with students ranging in age from 18 to 80 and beyond. Many arrive with years of experience in education, ministry, or professional fields, bringing rich diversity to the learning environment.
One of NWSSM’s foundational values is honor—expressed powerfully through the uniting of generations. We intentionally cultivate a culture where every age group is taught to value, serve, and learn from one another.
While many are initially drawn to the school by a desire to witness the miraculous, those who continue into the second and third years often stay because of the transformative culture and atmosphere. They come to understand how to sustain and steward the work God has done in their lives and families, and to cultivate lasting momentum that carries His presence wherever they go.
REVIVAL GROUPS
Each student is placed in a Revival Group—a small community of fellow students who are actively pursuing God.
These groups are intentionally diverse in age, fostering intergenerational connection and mutual growth. Within their group, students pray together, share life, study the Word, and ultimately minister alongside one another.
Meeting weekly, Revival Groups create space for meaningful relationships to form and deepen. They serve as a source of encouragement, support, and insight throughout the learning journey, helping students grow both spiritually and relationally.
ACADEMIC LIFE
NWSSM emphasizes hands-on training and experience along with academic understanding. This creates a "teach and do" culture where all of the students are expected to take risks to stretch their faith and grow in their understanding of God. NWSSM believes that each verse of the Bible is an invitation into an experience with the Lord and students are challenged to live the New Testament. This produces a class environment where disciples practice the things they are being taught while instructors coach the process and all this takes place in a setting of passionate worship.
NWSSM has amazingly talented instructors and staff who want to see you thrive. Through hands on ministry, they will walk with you every step of the way to see you graduate with new insights, a greater understanding and passion for ministry as well as an even bigger fire for the Lord.
